Snapshot Analytics – Billing & Payment Policy

1. Billing Structure
All services are billed monthly as a subscription, determined by the number of locations, accounts, or services managed. Pricing reflects the current scope of work and will adjust as services are added or removed.

2. Payment Method
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Clients may pay using one of the following methods:

Bank transfer (ACH), which is preferred
Credit or debit card.

ACH payments are preferred because they reduce processing costs and help maintain stable pricing.

3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis, starting from the date of initial signup.

4. Pricing Adjustments
If services expand, such as through additional locations, accounts, or reporting needs, subscription pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Any pricing updates will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.

5. Failed or Late Payments
If a payment fails, the following steps will occur:

The system will automatically retry the charge.
Continued failure may result in the temporary suspension of services until payment is resolved.

6. Subscription Changes & Cancellations
Clients may request changes or cancellations at any time.

Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

7. Processing Fees (if applicable)
Snapshot Analytics may apply a processing fee for credit card payments. Clients can avoid these fees by selecting ACH (bank payment) at checkout.

8. Agreement
By submitting payment, the client agrees to this billing policy and acknowledges that subscription pricing may change as services scale.
